WHAT IS HEALTH STATION?

Health Station is an interactive web based tool, that helps reduce the pain & stress associated with working constantly at a desk or in front of a computer.

Demonstrated in presentations by some of Australia's pre-eminent Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and coaches, Health Station leads you through a series of stretches and stress reduction techniques at regular intervals to promote a more comfortable and productive workplace.

Our people work with leading Corporate Groups, Olympians and national sports teams. These leaders in their fields, help us with areas that should be focused upon regularly to manage stress and maintain energy levels and focus.
